Alcon Base

Along with the writing process, I have made many character designs along the way for the many people of Askerda (az-ker-da). The Alcon (al-cone) (featured here) are one of three branches of winged people called the Legnarians (leeg-NA-rians).

Their design is pretty well finalized now (I've had quite a bit of design practice with my other winged character, Icarus)

Some of the main alterations from human anatomy are pretty distinct, such as the second pair of pectorals, shorter torso and legs, long arms and neck, and of course the wings and "calf" feathers.

Each design change is significant in its own way. I am more than welcome to answer any questions you have

(The other two branches, the Cahard and the Psittar, have a few slight proportion changes. Planning on doing a big side to side later of all of the Askerdian people)
